What did I enjoy?I enjoyed making movies because it helps me learn and it was fun. What did I not enjoy?I didn’t like drawing on my chromebook because its harder to draw on. What new things have I learnt? how to use my chromebook to go on flickr How do I feel about my year in 2014? Abel Tasman

Abel Tasman National Park is located between golden bay and tasman bay which  It is near cook strait and neison the . the own le Animals that is their is wild pig’s goats possums deer and dolphins. at Abel tasman people do camping and go for a tramp.

Miter peak

Mitre peak is located at the bottom of Te wai pounamu in Fjordland National park.it was named Mitre peak because the moutains looked like a Bishop’s hat. there really are 5 mountains that look like one mountian all together.Mitre peak rises out of the water and is 2000m tall.many touists visit milforod sound on boat every year.

Manaiakalani Film Festival

Manaiakalani is a business at Sylvia park it also helps kids learn. Film festival shows the movie that we make we send it to Manaiakalani Film festival to watch . we got there on a every year on a bus I was it excited because it was liyd on the bus. but on the bus my friends was so liyd but when we got there I was happy.

I liked the kindness boomerang I liked it because  in the movie there were people helping and I like the idea. I hope next year my class will do the same.

wellinton and cape reinga

wellington is the capital city of new zealand wellington has a beautiful horbar. at wellington there are lots of little earthquakes but most of the houses are wooden.wellington has strong winds and at the airport its bumpy. cape reinga is a nice place to relax and a good place to watch the sea crash into each other.cape reinga is 500 km from Auckland at cape reinga there is a lighthouse.at the lighthouse you can see tasman sea.

Teachers are Cool

I am going to explain to you what a teacher does all day.
Teachers smell shoes because they want to faint. Perhaps they had a bad day at school because of the kids.
Teachers give people hugs when they are feeling down. Sometimes in our school people are mean but they should not be mean at all.
So as you can see the teachers at our school can sometimes get cross at kids who are mean - so they smell stinky shoes so they can have a sleep.

We have been learning to be creative, use our key competencies, work hard to overcome challenges and help others to be able to share our best. We have written a story and made a MTV to demonstrate this learning. This is a reflection all about my cool learning. I am Amazing!

The best part of my movie is when we used the shoes as a microphone and use different ideas.

The best thing about my group was we worked together well.

My movie could have been better if I moved a way when we took a video of the shadow.

Thousands of girls were exhausted from running over the towering rocky mountain and across undulating fields of green grass. The girl at the front was the ultimate champion of all time. The exhausted racers completed their challenge.

Healthy Food

it is important to eat healthy food because our bodies will be healthy. Healthy food comes from the ground, plants and animals.
Food comes into your body by biting it and then it goes to your oesophagus so it could squeeze the food better.
if you choose to eat healthy food you will have good energy, be strong, be fitter and improve your brain power. Good choices of healthy foods are vegetables fruits milk and eggs . Also lean meats like chicken or fish can be healthy too.
Unhealthy food includes foods like lollies fish and chips fizzy drinks and many snacks we find in packets. It is important to make good choices and save unhealthy food for treats. Too much unhealthy food can lead to illness. Unhealthy food are chips. It's ok to eat it for a treat but not all the time because it is oily and has too much salt.

Angry Birds

Angry Birds is a game that teaches us all about forces and Movement. isaac newton has 3 laws that we can see in this game. the 1st law is that nothing will Moves it unless an outside force moves it. the 2nd law is that you need more forces to move bigger things. the 3rd is about action and reaotion. when you pull back the rubbe band potential enegy is stored in the rubbe band. when you release the rubbe band you get kinetic enegy to make the bird fly gravity pulls the bird down. Angry birdy is a great game as it teaches us about force Movement and enegy also it is heaps of fun.

A hat is something we wear on our head.

we wear hats because they protect

us from the sun and the rauh.

Also they can Make us look cool.

why is it important that we wear hats when outeloors?

The main reasn is to protect us from sunburn and to prevent wlinkly

skin and even cancer.

Another reason we

wear hats is to give us shade to keep us cool in the sun.

Finally hats also can protect us form the rain and keep our head dry.

This is why we have hats.

temperature Question

This morning the temperature was 12 degrees celsius. By 12pm it had increased by 7 degrees so it is now 19 degrees celsius. By 6pm the temperature then dropped by 5 degrees so it is 14 degrees celsius. Now at 8pm it has dropped 3 more degrees so it new temperature is 11 degrees celsius.
